Rent a truck from DIKS: for every transport

Welcome to DIKS! We have been helping people and companies on the road with reliable transportation since 1949. What began as a small family business has since grown into a trusted partner in mobility, from passenger cars to trucks. Do you need to transport large volumes, heavy materials or just a lot of stuff? Then simply rent a spacious, reliable truck from DIKS. Choose from models with 30 to 45 m³ of cargo space, always well maintained, readily available and ready to go.

Rent a truck? From 30 m³ to 45 m³

Want to transport a large quantity of goods? Then you need space and load capacity. At DIKS you can rent trucks with cargo spaces ranging from 30 to 45 m³ and a maximum payload of almost 10,000 kg. Whether you have a medium-sized job or really big needs, we have the right size for you.

Our trucks are equipped with a tailboard, which makes loading and unloading smooth and luggage-free. By the way, did you know that we also offer refrigerated trucks? These have 48 m³ of loading space, are perfectly maintained and are standard equipped with cooling that works while driving and via 220V night cooling when stationary. Ideal for longer stops or when loading and unloading.

Whether you're renting a truck for one day, a weekend or several weeks, at DIKS we offer both short-term lease and customized business solutions that perfectly fit your needs.

Rent a truck with a C driver's license and a driver's pass

All our trucks are equipped with a tachograph. This means that you must be in possession of driver's license C and a valid driver's pass or driver's card for both private and business rentals in order to drive our trucks.

This card is available through the KIWA register.*

*The card will be delivered within 4 weeks after the application has been completed and paid. So request it on time.

If you are unable to show this driver's pass during a check, you run the risk of being fined.

The basic qualification Code 95 is only for business drivers/professional drivers. Code 95 is not necessary if it concerns private use.

Driving a truck on toll roads in Europe

While driving through Europe you can hardly avoid it: tolls! Many countries levy tolls or have a vignette obligation on several major through roads.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the renter's responsibility to comply with all local laws & regulations. This includes things like vignettes, reflective vests and winter tires. These are not standard in our vehicles.

Are you planning to drive a truck to Belgium? Think of the mandatory On Board Unit. You can read more information about this here.

Planning to drive a truck to Germany? Then consider the mandatory toll (MAUT). In fact, MAUT must be paid in advance for trucks. This can easily be done online. Read more information here.

More information about toll roads in Europe can be found on the ANWB website.
