24/7 Roadside Assistance
Our roadside assistance center is available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Please note: roadside assistance may incur costs, depending on the cause of the breakdown.
Breakdowns attributable to renter
If the breakdown is attributable to the renter, the costs shall not be reimbursed — such as a flat battery because the lights were left on for too long during prolonged parking, a flat tire, filling up with the wrong fuel, or window damage — you will be charged for both the cost of calling the emergency service and the cost of the damage.
The deductible will be used for this. If the final costs turn out to be lower than the deductible, you will of course only pay the actual costs.
Roadside assistance abroad
Roadside assistance abroad works the same as in the Netherlands. Please note the following:
Repairs that cannot be carried out immediately may take up to 48 hours.
If the repair takes longer, we can arrange replacement transport.
Unforeseen costs incurred while traveling, such as taxi or accommodation costs, may be at your own expense.
Important: always indicate when making your reservation that you are traveling abroad. If you did not notify us in advance, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in the event of breakdown abroad.
