Thanks to his personal approach, dedication and expertise, Amcar grew to become a trusted name in car hire for both private and business customers. For many, Amcar was therefore more than just a car rental company.  

In May 2024, John sold Amcar Car Rental. This marked the end of a special chapter in his life, following nearly 35 years of entrepreneurship.
