Roadside assistance is available by phone for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calling the roadside assistance is free of charge.*

Breakdowns due to your own doing
If it turns out that you have come to a standstill through your own actions, such as an empty battery because the lights have been on for too long during prolonged parking, a flat tire, incorrectly refueled or window damage, the deductible will be charged, plus the costs for calling the emergency service in these situations which are a minimum of € 180,-.
If it turns out that the costs are lower than your deductible, you will of course pay the lower costs.
Roadside assistance abroad
Roadside assistance abroad works the same as in the Netherlands, only if the vehicle needs to be repaired you have to wait a maximum of 48 hours. In the event of a repair that takes longer, we will arrange replacement transport for you.
