Return a vehicle

The rental period is over and the vehicle must be returned. This is possible both within and outside opening hours. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can read exactly how this works below.

Return within opening hours

You have been given the vehicle with a full tank of fuel and advise you to return the vehicle with a full tank. If you do not do this, we will refuel the vehicle for you and we will charge the fuel costs.

You then hand over the car keys to the employee inside. This is also the time to report any details. Did you notice anything while driving? Then report this. We will then ensure that any problems are resolved before the next tenant leaves with the vehicle.

After that, we always ask if you want to do the damage round together with an employee, to check the vehicle for any damage. Although we always recommend running a claims round with our employee, it is not mandatory.

You will eventually receive the invoice by email and the remaining deposit will be refunded to your account within 2 to 4 working days.

Return outside opening hours

Park the vehicle near the site and lock the vehicle. We advise you to refuel the vehicle, because this will save you extra fuel costs on the invoice. Then leave the keys in the key box. You will always find the key box next to the entrance to our location. You will receive the invoice by email the next working day and the remaining deposit will be refunded to your account within 2 to 4 working days.

Paid parking in the neighbourhood

ATTENTION: Paid parking nearby! Our vehicles do not have a parking permit and as a renter you remain responsible for the vehicle until we have taken it in and checked it the next working day

Return the vehicle at another location

Would you rather return the vehicle at a location other than the location where you picked it up? That is possible, provided our planning allows it.

Please indicate when booking that the return location is different or call the location where you picked up the car to discuss the options for returning it to another location.
