Important Information

Our refrigerated vehicles are designed to maintain the temperature of goods that are already chilled before loading. They are not intended to cool down products that have already become too warm. In addition, our vehicles are not suitable for freezing products and should not be considered freezer vehicles.

The performance of the refrigeration system depends on several factors, including:

• the outside temperature and weather conditions;

• the temperature of the goods at the time of loading;

• the quantity of goods and how they are loaded;

• how often and for how long the doors are opened;

• the operating conditions of the vehicle, such as continuous driving or extended periods of standstill.

For the best results, we recommend loading products that are already properly chilled and keeping door openings to a minimum whenever possible. This helps the refrigeration system maintain the desired temperature throughout transport.
